An arrest warrant sanctions law enforcement to arrest an individual. An arrest warrant in Beaufort County is issued after law enforcement files a complaint in court that provides sufficient evidence to believe that an individual committed a crime. After issuance, the warrant is handed over to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office for execution.
